How long does the evaluation process take?
Typical evaluation licenses are 30 days. This gives you sufficient time to run your own test cases and evaluate SHIPFLOW’s fit for your needs. Extensions are available if needed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers only. Swedish krona, EURO and USD are supported. Payment terms are typically net 30 days.
Is training included with the license?
Yes, all new customers and customers covered by the maintenance and support contract have the right to receive one, standard, online training a year. Individual, on-site training is provided upon a separate agreement.
Can I upgrade from one module to another later?
Yes, you can add modules at any time. SHIPFLOW modules can be purchased individually or in bundles.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts for multiple licenses, multi-year commitments, and academic institutions. Contact us for a custom quote.
